UK Delivery Options

• Orders up to £99
  £3.95 – Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 working days)
• Orders £100 – £999
  £9.95 – Royal Mail Special Delivery
  Fully tracked, insured & signature required (1–2 working days)
• Orders £1000 and over
  £19.95 – Royal Mail Special Delivery
  Fully tracked, insured & signature required (1–2 working days)

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday
• Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same working day
• Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day

During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we always aim to send orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery Areas

• UK Mainland: Standard delivery times apply
• Scottish Highlands, Islands & Northern Ireland: Please allow an additional working day

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on courier conditions.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping to selected destinations.

• Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

Returns & Refunds

We understand that ordering online requires flexibility.

• Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt
• Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached

• Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service
• Original delivery charges are non-refundable

For high-value items, we recommend ensuring your return is fully insured, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Refunds

• Refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving your return
• Funds may take additional time to appear depending on your payment provider
